Safety Coupling with Anti-Swerve and Stabilisation Device

The AKS™ ensures a higher theoretical top speed (mind the maximum permissible speed). AKS™ 1300 fulfils ISO 11555-1 (100 km/h approval possible).

Quicker stabilisation of the car/trailer combination in an emergency.

Functionality

By using the stabilisation handle, two special friction pads are pressed against the tow ball of the car from the left and right-hand side. Vibration movements are effectively suppressed.

Operation

Coupling and stabilisation handle are separated and operated by hand. No additional protection needed. For an easy manoeuvring of the trailer, open the stabilisation handle.

Approval of Installation

The AKS™ does not have to be registered in the trailer papers
